The Glass House Flower Farm Guarantee

As a small scale grower and business, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We guarantee all tubers to have at least one viable eye. However, we do sometimes divide before eyes are visible, so duds happen. If after 6 weeks in the ground, your tubers do nothing, dig them up and send us a photo. We'll send a replacement, or a refund.

Glass House Flower Farm is not responsible for poor tuber performance due to things outside of our control, including but not limited to rodent or insect damage, improper storage or planting, or over/under watering.
